We cannot accept paint, liquids, chemicals, fertilizers, tanks, cylinders, railroad ties, pest-infested items or burn barrels containing ashes. Tell us about any unusual material before we schedule.

No. Bearcat's standard full-service removal includes loading approved items. Let us know if you have already staged the material at the curb or near the trailer.

Tell us which rooms the material is in and disclose any stairs, narrow access or unusual lifting. Standard removal covers first-floor or elevator-accessible locations. Please confirm any stair access before scheduling.

Some accessible pickups can be arranged without someone present, subject to access, approval and payment arrangements. Confirm that directly when scheduling.

Bearcat prioritizes reuse, donation and recycling when practical, subject to condition and local facility acceptance.
