Keep the belongings you want, clear the rest
You can request a partial garage cleanout or removal of the approved contents across the whole space. Identify tools, storage bins, sports equipment and other belongings that stay before work begins. Wide photos of each side help show material hidden behind the first row of items.
Garages often contain paint, automotive fluids, chemicals or cylinders. Those excluded materials need separate arrangements and should not be mixed into the removal load. Mention attached shelves or fixtures because dismantling is different from removing loose contents.
See what affects your quote and check the items we cannot take before arranging service.
Questions about garage cleanouts
Can you clear only part of my garage?
Yes. Mark or describe the area and items to remove, and identify everything that stays. The quote should cover the agreed contents.
Do I need to sort everything into a driveway pile?
No. Start with photos of the garage as it is. We will discuss access and the loading work so you know what preparation is needed.
Can old paint cans go with garage junk?
No. Paint, liquids, chemicals and cylinders are excluded. Keep them separate and arrange an appropriate disposal option.
