Load-size examples can help you describe the job, but you do not need to calculate cubic yards yourself. If there are several piles or rooms, show each one rather than photographing only the first area.
What the material is
Ordinary furniture and boxes are different from dense debris such as tile, dirt, rock or concrete. Heavy materials need individual assessment. Appliances, hot tubs, structures and mixed renovation waste may also involve special handling or a separate scope.
Describe the material honestly, including anything wet, unusually heavy, attached or difficult to identify. Keep excluded liquids, chemicals and pest-infested items separate from the proposed load.
How the crew can reach it
A driveway pile near the trailer and furniture deep inside a property are different loading jobs. Stairs, elevators, narrow doors, gates, slopes, dismantling and the distance to the loading area can affect the work.

Confirm the scope before the pickup
Review which items, loading and haul-away tasks the estimate covers. Ask whether more information or a site assessment is needed before a final quote can be confirmed. If the pile grows, access changes or you add a structure, tell Bearcat before the appointment.
