Send dimensions and access photos
Include pictures of the structure, its dimensions, surrounding fences and gates, and any utilities or attached elements. Structure removal is quoted separately from ordinary loose-junk hauling.
Keep light demolition separate from ordinary hauling
A shed, playset, deck or similar small structure needs assessment before it can be accepted for removal. Show the complete structure, its dimensions, what it is attached to, and the surrounding access. Describe any utilities or other connections.
Confirm the dismantling and debris-hauling scope before work is arranged. Do not assume foundation removal, excavation, utility work or structural work on an occupied building is included. Unknown materials or suspected hazards must be identified before the project proceeds.
See what affects your quote and check the items we cannot take before arranging service.
Questions about light demolition
Can you remove the contents without demolishing the structure?
Yes, a contents-only cleanout can be assessed separately. State whether you want loose items removed, the structure taken down, or both.
Will the foundation be removed too?
Do not assume so. Foundation, concrete and excavation work require a specific assessment and must be explicitly included if accepted.
Is every small structure eligible for removal?
No. Size, materials, connections, condition and access all matter. Send the project details so Bearcat can confirm whether the work fits its scope.
