Show the whole structure
Photograph all sides, the roof and the interior. Include approximate length, width and height, the construction material, and anything attached to the shed. A freestanding wood shed and an anchored metal structure can involve different work.
Point out electrical, plumbing or other utility connections, nearby fences and overhead obstacles. Utility disconnection and any site-specific requirements must be resolved before teardown begins.
Contents and foundations are separate decisions
Tell us whether the shed is empty or still contains tools, furniture, boxes or chemicals. Contents should be included in the estimate if you want them hauled away as well.
A shed removal quote does not automatically include a concrete slab, footings, buried material or site grading. Identify the desired finished condition so the written or discussed scope is clear before work starts.
Give the crew room to load
Photos of the path from the shed to the loading area help us assess gates, soft ground, slopes and carrying distance. Let us know whether a trailer can back toward the structure or must remain at the street.

Questions about shed removal
Do you remove the contents as well as the shed?
That can be assessed as part of the project. Photograph the contents and say which items need to go so they are included in the quote.
Is the concrete slab included?
A slab or footing is a separate part of the scope. Ask about it specifically; do not assume it is included with structure removal.
Can you quote from one exterior photo?
One photo can start the conversation, but several views, dimensions and access details are usually needed. Bearcat may need further assessment before confirming the work.
