Describe both the item and the way out
For a Benbrook furniture or appliance pickup, the route matters as much as the item count. A wide photo of the doorway, hallway or gate helps us identify tight turns before arrival. Mention heavy pieces, connected appliances and any stair access.
Outdoor projects need the same planning. Show where brush or unwanted yard items sit in relation to the driveway. Hot tubs and structures need their own dimensions and assessment; they are not automatically included in a loose-junk quote.
Bearcat brings a crew to load and haul the approved items. We are a full-service dumpster alternative; we do not rent drop-off dumpsters.
Benbrook pickup questions
Can you remove a hot tub along with other junk?
We can review both in one request, but the hot tub needs a separate assessment for size, disconnection, dismantling and access. Send photographs before planning the pickup.
Should I disconnect the appliance myself?
Tell us what is connected. Arrange appropriate qualified help for gas, electrical or plumbing work where needed; do not assume disconnection is included in hauling.
