Plan bulky-item removal or a move-out cleanup
A White Settlement move-out may leave a mix of mattresses, furniture and leftover household items. Photograph each room or staged pile and identify what must remain. For a landlord or property manager, confirm who has authority to release the contents for removal.
A refrigerator or freezer needs special attention: tell us its size, whether it is connected, and whether food remains inside. Keep paint, liquids and chemicals out of a junk pile; these are not accepted by Bearcat.
Bearcat brings a crew to load and haul the approved items. We are a full-service dumpster alternative; we do not rent drop-off dumpsters.

Can you pick up a mattress and a refrigerator together?
We can assess a mixed load. Include both items and the access route in your request; refrigerator handling and connections need to be confirmed.
Can paint or chemicals go with a property cleanout?
No. Bearcat excludes paint, chemicals and liquids. Keep them separate and arrange an appropriate disposal option for those materials.
